1. Course Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course registration, however:
- All course registrations: No refunds available
- Payment processing: All sales are final
- Course access: Immediate upon payment confirmation
2. No Refund Policy
MindScript operates under a strict no refund policy:
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- No refunds will be processed under any circumstances
- Course fees are non-transferable
Important: All sales are final. No refunds will be processed regardless of the payment method used during registration.
3. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your course registration (without refund):
- Send an email to: support@mindscript.com
- Include your registration ID and reason for cancellation
- Provide the payment transaction ID from Razorpay
- Wait for confirmation email (within 24 hours)
4. Non-Refundable Items
All items and services are non-refundable including:
- Course materials and content
- Live sessions and recordings
- Administrative fees
- Transaction processing fees
- Course completion certificates
5. Special Circumstances
Even in special circumstances, no refunds will be provided:
- Medical emergencies
- Technical issues
- Course cancellation by MindScript (alternative arrangements will be made)
- Personal emergencies
6. Course Transfer
Instead of cancellation, you may request to:
- Transfer to a different course (subject to price difference)
- Defer to a future batch
- Transfer to another person (with additional processing fees)
Transfer requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
