2. Course Registration and Payment

All course registrations are subject to:

• Complete payment through Razorpay
• Valid identification and contact information
• Acceptance of course requirements and schedule

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay:

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payment must be completed before course access
• Transaction fees may apply as per Razorpay's terms
• Failed payments will result in course access suspension

4. Course Access and Usage

Course access is granted for:

• Personal, non-commercial use only
• Duration specified in the course description
• Single user account per registration

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of MindScript and may not be:

• Reproduced or distributed
• Used for commercial purposes
• Shared with unauthorized users

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share account credentials with others

7. Limitation of Liability

MindScript shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
